Telehealth Services
MrTelehealth provides telemedicine services through secure video consultations with licensed healthcare providers.
Medical services are delivered remotely using telecommunication technology.
Eligibility
Patients must be located in the United States at the time of the consultation.
Patients must provide accurate and complete medical information during intake and consultation.
No Emergency Services
MrTelehealth does not provide emergency medical care.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department immediately.
Prescription Policy
Prescriptions may be issued when clinically appropriate following a medical evaluation.
MrTelehealth does not prescribe controlled substances.
Payment
Payment may be collected before or after services depending on billing arrangements. Insurance may be accepted where applicable.
Technology Requirements
Patients are responsible for maintaining a device with internet access and video capability necessary for telehealth visits.
MrTelehealth is not responsible for technical failures beyond our control.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
MrTelehealth SMS Program
MrTelehealth may send you SMS/text messages to provide appointment reminders, service updates, promotional offers, and other informational or marketing communications related to healthcare services. Message frequency varies. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from MrTelehealth, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.
After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
